Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to return all items purchased from So Yes within 14 days of receipt. If the Client wants to exercise this right, the Client must inform So Yes of this by e-mail (email@example.com).
The following articles will not be taken back:
· Worn, soiled, damaged, washed or incomplete articles
· Articles with the label removed
· Articles that contain fragrances of perfumes or others
If the above conditions are not met, So Yes reserves the right to return the items to the sender.
How to return
Articles are returned via the So Yes return portal. The customer follows 5 simple steps to create a return label.
1. View shipment: The customer gives their zip code and tracking number of the package.
2. Returning details: The customer's e-mail address and telephone number are requested. The customer states the reason for the return shipment and can leave a message.
3. Choose delivery point
4. Confirmation: The customer checks all data
5. Print return label: the label can be downloaded and printed.
The customer affixes the label to the package to be returned and delivers it to a postal point. By using the return portal, the package can be returned.
If all the above conditions are met, the product will be reimbursed in the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
If the customer wishes to exchange an item, the item has to be returned by the return portal and a new order can be placed on the webshop.
To make the right choice regarding size and fit, So Yes strongly
recommends that you read the product description and size tables carefully. It
is also indicated whether the chosen item is small, large or exactly according
to the specified size.
