Right of withdrawal
The Customer has within the EU the right to return all items purchased from So Yes within 14 days of receipt. If the Client wants to exercise this right, the Client must inform So Yes of this by e-mail (info@so-yes.com).
The following articles will not be taken back:
· Worn, soiled, damaged, washed or incomplete articles
· Articles with the label removed
· Articles that contain fragrances of perfumes or others
If the above conditions are not met, So Yes reserves the right to return the items to the sender.
How to return
Items can be returned by sending an e-mail to info@so-yes.com stating your order number and the reason for return. After this, the Customer will receive a return label by e-mail that he can print out. The Customer sticks the label on the parcel to be returned and delivers it to a postal point. The Customer does not have to pay at the postal point.
Refunds
If all the above conditions are met, the product will be reimbursed in the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
If all the above conditions have been met, the product, including return shipping costs will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense. These will then be deducted when the item is refunded. When returning an item, it therefore comes down to only the amount of the product being refunded as the refund of these 2 shipments cancel each other out (outbound shipment is refunded by So Yes, return shipments are paid for by the Customer)
For countries outside the EU:
both return and outward shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Any customs fees will also be deducted from the refund of the garment.
Exchanging
For countries of the EU:
Items cannot be exchanged for another model, only for another size. To exchange an article for another, the Customer must send an e-mail to info@so-yes.com asking to exchange the article in question. The Customer will receive a return label to send the article back. He can then return the article within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs to return the item shall be covered once by So Yes, as well as the shipping costs to return the new product. If the Customer still wishes to exchange or return products after the exchange, the corresponding shipping costs shall be charged to the Customer.
For countries outside the EU:
if the customer wishes to exchange an item, the item has to be returned at his own expense and a new order can be placed on the webshop. So Yes will refund the amount of the product after deduction of the costs such as custom fees.
